Creating a New Project

To get started, follow these steps:

  1. Click the + Add Project button to open the project creation form.

  1. Fill in the Project details.
FieldDescription
Name(Required) Enter a unique name for your project.
Description(Optional) Provide a brief description of your project to help identify its purpose.
Default Target Processor(Optional) Choose a Renesas Processor from the dropdown menu to implement or test your project. You can change the processor at any time. Alternatively, you can leave this field blank and select a processor later.
Available FlashDisplays the processor’s available flash memory in kilobytes (KB). Flash memory stores program code and data permanently. This field is auto-populated based on the selected processor.
Available RAMShows the available Random Access Memory (RAM) in kilobytes (KB). RAM is used for temporary data storage during runtime. This field is also auto-populated based on the selected processor.
  1. Once you've filled in the details, click + Add Project to save and create the project.
